My property is in poor condition, and may be un-mortgageable, will you still buy it?

We will consider any property, in any condition, and have cash funds available, so the condition of your property does not matter.

How quickly can I have my money?

Once we have agreed a purchase price, we will be in a position to exchange contracts, and can then instruct solicitors to progress the transaction as quickly as you need. We ask you to allow 28 days for this process, but if you need the funds quicker than this, we are happy to discuss your individual case.

Will I need to pay for a Home Information Pack (HIP)?

No, selling to us is considered a 'private sale' so you would not require a HIP; an instant saving of £500.

How much do your services cost?

We do not charge you for our service. We will offer you a free property assessment and we can also pay for your legal fees in most cases. (up to £500)

Will you pay full market price for my property?

We are unlikely to pay the price you would expect to receive on the open market, as advertised with an estate agent. There are numerous costs & risks involved in purchasing your property quickly, and in order to cover these costs we need to purchase at a price below the open market value. This will usually be in the region of 70% to 90% of the open market value, depending on factors such as property condition, location, and your current financial situation. We look at every property on an individual basis, so our offer would be tailored to your needs.
