How the process works
The buying process
- Call us, complete our quick enquiry form or request a call back
- We will contact you to discuss your property and your timescales
- We will visit your property, and usually provide an on the spot valuation & offer (subject to survey)
- Once our offer is accepted, a survey will be instructed (at our expense), and assuming it is satisfactory, we’ll instruct solicitors to proceed with the purchase.
- We’ll work towards exchange and completion to your desired timescale.
